Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Business Manager will oversee business operations, develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, and drive sales and revenue performance. Responsibilities include managing team activities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring organizational efficiency and goal alignment. The ideal candidate will also provide leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments for improved operational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Business management skills, including strategic planning, revenue growth, and market analysis.
  • Leadership and team management skills to mentor and oversee team activities effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication and relationship-building to manage clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to drive operational efficiency and achieve goals.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
