Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Project Generation:

- Focus on generating inquiries and securing new projects across consultancy, wellness, technology, and real estate sectors.

- Meet with potential clients to discuss Archpoint's offerings, particularly in architecture, interior design, and wellness, and convert these meetings into projects.

2. Strategic Marketing and Business Development:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Archpoint's services and attract a broad client base.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.

3. Wellness Promotion and Event Management:

- Arrange wellness camps and promotional events in schools, hospitals, apartments, group housing societies, and other community spaces to increase visibility and client engagement.

- Drive client acquisition efforts in the wellness industry, ensuring maximum participation in wellness activities.

4. Vendor and Channel Partner Relations:

- Build relationships with vendors and channel partners to secure collaborative projects within the consultancy segment.

- Leverage partnerships to expand Archpoint's service offerings and client reach.

5. Digital Marketing and AI Solutions:

- Oversee the development of digital marketing content that enhances Archpoint's online presence and draws in new clients.

- Engage with clients interested in AI-driven solutions and digital marketing, ensuring their needs are met with tailored services.

6. Real Estate and Township Development:

- Lead marketing efforts for township development projects, arranging client visits and facilitating plot sales.

- Work on securing clients for real estate transactions, focusing on both buying and selling opportunities.

7. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide exceptional service to clients, making Archpoint the preferred choice for their consultancy, wellness, and real estate needs.

8. Event and Campaign Planning:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

9. Additional Responsibilities:

- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company, reflecting the dynamic needs of Archpoint and contributing to the overall success of the business.
