Position Title: B2B - Head

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Banaswadi, Bengaluru

Reports To: VP - Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in Corporate Sales, exclusively from the Retail Industry

Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the corporate sales strategy for Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd., with a focus on driving large-scale B2B and institutional sales within the retail sector. The role demands an individual with a proven track record of generating high-value corporate deals, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust corporate sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the retail corporate space, including institutional buyers, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine the sales approach.

2. Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional accounts.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized proposals and sales pitches for large clients.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales managers and executives.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability and results.

4. Key Account Management

  • Oversee strategic accounts to ensure maximum client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue per client.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Present regular business updates and forecasts to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of corporate sales experience in the retail industry (furniture, lifestyle, consumer goods, or related).
  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding multi-crore revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, develop, and manage large sales teams.
