We're looking for passionate and dedicated International Customer Care Specialists to join the global team. This is a dynamic role where you'll handle diverse inquiries and become a key part of global customer service operations.

Locations:

  1. Sector 19, Gurugram
  2. Sector 144, Noida
  3. Lanco Hills Technology Park, Hyderabad

  4. Interview Mode: Only Walk-in

  5. Immediate Joiners Preferred
  6. Age Limit: Max. 30
  7. 5 Days Working and 2 Rotational Week Off with Rotational Shifts

Salary (Based on Experience and Last Drawn)

  1. Hyderabad: LPA/CTC
  2. Noida: Up to 4.56 LPA/CTC
  3. Gurugram: Up to 3.60 LPA/CTC

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with international customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to company's products and services, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer case.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Contribute to improving our customer support processes and knowledge base.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hyderabad: Any HSC passed can apply.
  • Noida: Any HSC passed with experience in International Voice/Blended process.
  • Gurugram: Any Graduate Fresher OR UG with experience in Customer Support.

For Freshers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

For Experienced Professionals

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proven ability to handle complex customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
