Talent Acquisition Interns
. This internship offers
real-time HR experience
, hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, and personalized guidance from experienced HR professionals. It is ideal for anyone planning to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in
    sourcing

    screening

    shortlisting
    candidates for various job roles.
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking sheets and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Handle initial HR interactions with applicants.
  • Post job openings across job portals and social media.
  • Support HR team in daily recruitment operations.
  • Assist in follow-ups and maintaining candidate communication.
  • Contribute to documentation and other HR administrative tasks.
