About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in hiring for IT Services companies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, designers, and technical roles for projects with US, UK, GCC, and other international clients. This role also includes a few administrative responsibilities that help support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, UI/UX Designers, etc.
  • Source and attract candidates using a wide range of channels, including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, evaluate technical skills at a preliminary level, and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
  • Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and post-offer follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Work closely with project managers and leadership to understand hiring needs for overseas client projects (US, UK, GCC).

Client Coordination (Recruitment)

  • Communicate hiring updates and candidate pipelines to internal stakeholders.
  • Work on urgent and niche requirements with quick turnaround times.
  • Ensure professional communication and responsiveness with international client teams when needed.

Administrative Responsibilities (Light Admin + HR Support)

  • Maintain and monitor team attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager on tasks such as joining formalities, onboarding assistance, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist with office maintenance coordination (vendors, housekeeping, basic facility tasks).
  • Help address minor employee queries and route grievances to HR Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment within an IT services or software development company.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and IT hiring processes.
  • Experience hiring for international clients is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage compensation discussions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when coordinating with overseas teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
