Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
● Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads to meet revenue targets.
● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Delivery) to tailor solutions for
client needs.
● Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth
opportunities.
● Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
● 3–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client
relationship management.
● Strong track record of achieving sales or business targets.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to understand client requirements and map them to business solutions.
● Experience in technology, fintech, blockchain, or IT services (preferred).
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
