Position: Senior Architect Institutional, Healthcare

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with strong expertise in the design and delivery of institutional, healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing design development, and ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases of large-scale institutional and healthcare projects.
- Manage client interactions, design presentations, and approvals from relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, interiors, etc.) to ensure integration of design intent.
- Oversee preparation of GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, NBC, and statutory requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and oversee their work output.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch) Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with significant work in institutionalor healthcare architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and coordination workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
