This role oers a unique opportunity to work closely with our USA-based sta and service providers, implement and manage programs that contribute to our growth, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing eorts. You will work from our comfortable and conveniently located Bangalore oce during the evening shift (5:00 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST), ve days a week. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is eager to contribute to a leading New York City rm while working in a vibrant, innovative, and growing oce in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pay-Per-Click Campaigns: Coordinate with vendors to manage and optimize PPC campaigns.
  • Website Management: Work with third-party vendors to enhance, update, and maintain the company's websites.
  • Social Media: Prepare and post LinkedIn content to enhance the companys online presence.
  • Newsletter: Create and distribute a weekly company newsletter to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Pre-Qualication Forms: Handle the preparation and submission of pre-qualication forms for potential projects.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with a third-party outbound call center to solicit potential clients.
  • Marketing Materials: Update company marketing materials as needed to eectively represent our brand.

Qualications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related eld.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work eectively during evening hours and collaborate with a U.S.-based team.
  • Prociency in using marketing tools/software.
