Achieving Order booking target (as assigned)
- Sales activities in the region, build maintain relationship with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, developers - potential and existing Customers in the region. Activity includes travelling within the assigned region for such activities.
- Approval of make, getting specified and lead / enquiry generation.
- Vendor registrations with consultants, govt. organizations, customers.
- Market intelligence, competitor information gathering.
- Scrutiny of enquiries, offer preparation submission, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations order finalization.
- Product-wise Equipment Order booking to achieve assigned individual KRA targets and overall targets for the region. Maintain profitability at sales stage.
- Order management, coordination between customer and HO / Factory during order execution, including document submission approvals, concessional documents, inspection coordination, etc.
- Collection of advance and balance payments, C Form BG recovery, commercial closing of orders.
- Maintaining the EMS and updating customer and visit records, participation in ISO, 5S and other improvement initiatives, and such special tasks / projects as may be assigned from time to time.
- Coordination for Seminar-related activities in the region, if applicable.
