3)This position requires strong communication skills, experience with CRM software, and often knowledge of the automobile industry.

Core responsibilities

  • Customer interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Relationship building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Internal coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments, such as sales, service, and support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Problem resolution: Prevent and resolve customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction and delight.
  • Delivery assistance: Oversee the preparation and delivery of new and used vehicles to ensure a high-quality customer handover.
  • Customer retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care and implement customer retention programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
