Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: Payyanur

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager with a minimum of 6 Years of experience to handle customer interactions, service follow-ups, and satisfaction activities in our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Maintain customer records, service reminders, and follow-up schedules.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate service status updates to customers.
  • Support service advisors and service managers in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Any Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in customer service / CRM
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
