Whizara connects K–12 schools with certified instructors to offer hard-to-staff courses—core, AP, world languages, STEM, and CTE—through flexible, scalable solutions. We help schools expand access and opportunities for all students. We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to drive awareness, generate leads, and support national growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a nationwide B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales goals
  • Lead multichannel campaigns (email, paid ads, events, webinars) to generate qualified leads
  • Craft compelling messaging for school and district audiences across all platforms
  • Oversee creation of marketing assets—collateral, case studies, decks, and thought leadership
  • Partner with Sales on lead scoring, funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Own brand positioning in the EdTech and K–12 education space
  • Manage analytics, KPIs, and campaign performance in tools like HubSpot and GA
  • Lead event strategy, including conferences, virtual summits, and regional showcases
  • Build relationships with media, associations, and partners to amplify reach
  • Manage and grow a small but high-performing marketing team

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in EdTech or SaaS3+ years in a leadership role, with team management experience
  • Strong grasp of K–12 education landscape and decision-making processes
  • Proven success in lead generation, content marketing, and sales enablement
  • Excellent communicator with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools
