About Us:

Dakshinam Sarees is a premium handloom saree boutique known for its exclusive collection of silks, cottons, and traditional weaves. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Sales Executive
 to manage and grow our online sales channels, ensuring personalized and seamless customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle all online sales inquiries from 
    website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), WhatsApp, and video calls
    .
  • Share product details, images, and videos with customers, ensuring they have complete information.
  • Build strong customer relationships through 
    personalized communication and timely follow-ups
     until the sale is closed.
  • Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and sales conversions.
  • Coordinate with the in-store team to ensure 
    smooth order processing and timely deliveries
    .
  • Develop and execute strategies to 
    increase sales via social media and digital platforms
    .
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to 
    improve digital engagement and customer conversion rates
    .
  • Track and analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support in creating engaging digital content (stories, reels, product posts) to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in 
    digital sales, e-commerce, or social media-driven sales
     (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication skills in 
    English, Hindi and Tamil
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and basic website handling
    .
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
