Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant with 812 years of hands-on experience, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations in the Power & Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP PM processes, S/4HANA implementations, and integration with Work Management and Supply Chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PM solutions, with a focus on technical object structuring, maintenance planning, and SPRO configuration.
  • Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (at least 2 full cycles required).
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in SAP PM and support integration with other IT applications and modules.
  • Utilize SAP Process Modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio for business process documentation.
  • Manage ABAP enhancements, custom forms, and reporting logic to meet business requirements.
  • Deliver client-facing services across project lifecycles including assessment, blueprinting, system build, testing, go-live, and hypercare/stabilization.
  • Create As-Is and To-Be process flows, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Develop and validate Functional Design Documents (FDD) for SAP PM processes.
  • Provide user training, real-time support, and troubleshooting during project rollouts and ongoing support phases.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP PM configuration and implementation
  • Experience in Power & Utilities domain
  • Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA (minimum 2 end-to-end implementations)
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning, technical objects, and work order management
  • Proficient in tools like Signavio, ARIS, Visio
  • Good understanding of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and MFG EAM Core processes
  • Experience in ABAP enhancements, custom forms, and reports
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
