JOB PROFILE:
1. To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipments and machinery in Plant

2. To perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures and performing preventive maintenance tasks.

3.To identify opportunities for improvements and develop and to implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance.

4.To maintain records and documentation, order and track spare parts and equipment and manage maintenance budgets.

5.Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documenting all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs and equipment performance metrics.

6. To maintain inventory levels so that necessary components are available when needed.

7. To manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all maintenance activities stay within budgetary constraints.

Good to Have:
1Complete knowledge of Press Brake, Laser Cutting Machine, Powder Coating Plant.

2Maintain records of MTTR & MTBF.

3Calculation of OEE machine wise.

4A good Team Leader

5Timely maintenance Audits (Audit findings & Action).

QUALIFICATION

Minimum.6 to 7.years of experience working as a Sr. Engg or Asst Manager in Engineering or Manufacturing Company and Diploma or B.Tech Degree preferred in Electric/Mechanical engineer along with extensive knowledge of function and department processes.
