We are seeking an experienced SAP PM / EAM Consultant to join our team to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the SAP Plant Maintenance module and related Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functionalities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure the effective utilization of SAP PM in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support SAP PM/EAM implementation or rollout projects.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance processes.
  • Design and configure SAP PM module (including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Orders, Task Lists, Notifications, Measuring Points, etc.).
  • Integrate SAP PM with other modules like MM, FI, CO, and PP.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Support master data setup for Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, etc.
  • Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PM/EAM processes and configurations.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with maintenance standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM and EAM.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, shutdown).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
