· Procure raw materials like Ferro Alloys, Metal Powder,Chemical, Mineral and silicates as per the requirement of production inaccordance with company standards and specifications. · Procure raw materials like SS Wires, Alloy steelwires, SS and MS Stripes, Packing Material, Lubricants, Packing Material, JobWork Order Execution as per the requirement of production in accordance withcompany standards and specifications. · Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, assessingtheir reliability, quality, and pricing.· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliersto ensure favorable agreements and cost savings.· Develop and maintain strong relationships withsuppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration.· Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials,ensuring accuracy and completeness.· Monitor inventory levels of raw materials andanticipate future demand to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.· Coordinate with production, store and Quality teams toensure timely delivery of raw materials to meet production schedules.· Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures(SOPs) and procurement policies to maintain compliance and integrity in thepurchasing process.· Conduct regular audits and inspections of procurementactivities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to SOPs.· Plan and Execute Vendor Audit Periodically.· Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to rawmaterial procurement, delivery, or quality in Timely manner.· Handle Quality complaints effectively withoutdisrupting the purchase cycle.· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing,supplier performance, and compliance documentation.· Main and update all the Documents Related of ISO· Coordinate with Store and Accounts for Bill bookingand release of payment.· Monitor market trends and industry developments toidentify potential suppliers and opportunities for cost savings
