Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager- Accounting & Finance. We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance) to support the finance function in delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and facilitating strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, analytical acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Oversee and support monthly books closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify payroll and related employee records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts, Cash Flow statements, Balance Sheets, and all requisite disclosures in accordance with CARO and Schedule III.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of Ind AS to support accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of the annual operating budget and generate monthly MIS reports, including detailed variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
  • Manage inventory processes, including valuation, reconciliation between production and accounts, and periodic physical verification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure seamless audits and compliance reviews.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
