We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the interior design industry. This role requires a strong understanding of design trends, branding, and customer engagement, with the goal of promoting our services, enhancing our brand visibility, and driving lead generation across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand, services, and completed projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to highlight key projects through case studies, videos, blogs, and social media.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, blogs, promotional emails, and printed brochures.
  • Handle SEO, SEM, and digital ads to drive traffic to the website and improve search rankings.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, pop-up events, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate firms, architects, influencers, and lifestyle brands for potential partnerships.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and trends in the interior and design industry to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in design, real estate, architecture, or lifestyle sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to work closely with creative teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of interior design concepts and terminology.
  • Photography and video editing skills for social media content.
  • Experience in branding and PR.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and target audience behavior.
