Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Canadian travel customers.
- Use Amadeus GDS for flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Understand client requirements and suggest the best travel options with competitive pricing.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and upselling.
- Manage post-sales service, including schedule changes and travel updates.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal support teams for seamless delivery.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain customer records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, specifically in the Canadian market.
- Proficient in using Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of international travel itineraries, fare rules, and airline regulations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet targets.
- Familiarity with travel CRM and ticketing tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- A degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
