Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Destination Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Destination Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing guided tours, assisting students and their families with their overseas education journey, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating with education providers, and managing sales activities. Daily tasks include coordinating with educational institutions, advising students, overseeing travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Guided Tours and Sales
- Proficient in Negotiation techniques
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Experience in the education consulting industry is a plus
