Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills to promote our products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and result-oriented.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain and update customer database regularly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: PUC (Pre-University Course) to any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
  • Compensation:Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
