**Position**: TeleSales Executive (_Business Development Executive_)

**Job Details**:
**SALARY**:Rs.10,000-Rs.15,000 + 10% Incentives** (Fixed Percentage per Successful Sale)

**Note**: Salary is based on Skills, Knowledge and Experience.

**Languages Must**: English / Hindi / Kannada

**Work Timings**: (_Mon-Fri_) 9:30 am-6:30 pm
- Telesales (80%) - Mostly
- Client Visit (20%) - Sometimes

Full **Training** will be provided and it will be **Unpaid**.

**Joining: IMMEDIATE**
- **Key Responsibilities**:
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into business growth.
Selling of Brand Promotion Services, Websites, Digital Marketing, SEO, and other services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Conduct focused and elegant sales presentations.
Organising business meetings with prospective clients & demonstrating and presenting services.
Achieve individual sales targets.
- **Key Qualifications**:

- Ready to work in a start-up culture.
- Any 12th/Graduate/Post-Graduate.
- 0 to 2+ years of business development/sales experience.
- Freshers with a good academic track record can also apply.
- Self-motivated and flexible to work with little supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to articulate and sell on value propositions.

We are looking for Business Development Executive, TeleSales & Marketing, Telesales, Telecaller, Outbound Sales, B2B Sales Executives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Mask and Sanitizer are a must in the office as well as while going outside for Client Meetings.
