Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations,accounts) to deliver excellent service.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present client reports, updates, and performance reviews.
- Assist in contract renewals, proposals, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
