Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Real Estate Sales and Business Development Executive. This role combines the responsibilities of selling residential and/or commercial properties with identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant property information.
Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current property listings, pricing, and market trends.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market segments.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of local real estate markets and property trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Real Estate License (as required by local regulations).
