This individual will also be responsible for communicating product schemes and offers to team members and ensuring their implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the designated Store.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales of eyeglasses, lenses, and other optical products.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales representatives.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and provide post-sales support.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and preferences.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demands to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.

Operational & Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Optometry or equivalent, and experience in the field of Optical Sales and Marketing.
  • 8 years of experience in optical sales, eyewear, preferably in retail chains.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Payment Tolls/POS).

Qualifications

B.Sc. Optometry or equivalent

Excellent verbal communication skills
