The Monitoring Solutions team has been working on next generation patient centric IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) monitoring platform. This IoMT platform enables seamless patient monitoring across care continuum.
Staff Technical Project Manager role is a critical and highly visible role within Monitoring Solutions. This role drives clarity by defining and prioritizing the program objectives, critical success factors and deliverables for the team. As part of the Leadership Team, the Staff Technical Project Manager works with the Business Team and program leadership team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver IB programs with exceptional quality, on schedule, and at optimal cost to meet business objectives.
- Ensure effective communication across businesses and functions throughout the program lifecycle; provide clear updates on status, risks, issues, and plans to leadership.
- Drive product planning and execution, including multi-generational product/platform roadmaps and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional leadership for project execution, covering concept discussions, program implementation, clinical and pilot trials, and product deployment.
- Collaborate with the Product Definition team to influence and align product direction.
- Engage cross-functional teams to incorporate product feedback into iterative program development.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Agile methodology, serving as project manager or scrum master for agile-driven projects.
- Translate program priorities into actionable plans for Scrum teams; actively participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Lead development of business cases for Make-Buy, Make-Where, and Make-What decisions in collaboration with sourcing, engineering, P&L, and global business teams.
- Manage all aspects of medium-to-large and/or complex projects from initiation to closure; develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, and control plans for business metrics and product quality.
- Oversee daily activities, resolve issues, and maintain communication across execution teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with customer requirements.
- Exhibit strong influencing and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts among project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage SLAs associated with project deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships within the scope of responsibility.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in program leadership including managing cross-functional teams in global environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
- Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, Quantitative management and communication
- Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ's
- Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management and business planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology. Experience in working with large global distributed teams and knowledge of multiple Agile Frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP or equivalent.
- Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals.
- Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization.
- Analytical, innovative, and business-oriented problem solver.

- Experience in driving cost optimization initiatives, including Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to improve product margins.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and implement change across product segments.
- Hands-on experience with global product launches throughout the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle.
- Deep knowledge of engineering, program management, and business planning processes across the full product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in LEAN principles and continuous improvement practices.
