Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibility:
- Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo/Lusha, Upwork, and others to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Contact prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media channels to introduce our services and assess client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Accurately record and update all sales activities, client interactions, and BANT qualifications in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitors to support business development strategies.
Skills Required:
- 0-5 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development, with a strong background in lead generation & qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Upwork,Sales Navigator).
- Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in IT Services industry is must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
