Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Server Administrator located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Server Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting server infrastructure. Daily tasks include installing and configuring server hardware and software, monitoring system performance, ensuring security compliance, and performing regular backups. The role also involves responding to technical support requests, maintaining user accounts, and documenting system changes and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Server Management, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience in Network Administration and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Security Protocols and Compliance
  • Skills in Backup and Recovery processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Server+) are beneficial
