Job Description SEO Executive (2-3 Years Experience)

Location: Gurgaon HO

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Department: Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hyperlocal SEO: Create and optimize new landing pages for all hospital units to strengthen local search visibility.
  • On-Page SEO: Implement SEO best practices including keyword research, metadata optimization, schema markup, internal linking, and content alignment.
  • Off-Page SEO: Build and manage link-building strategies, directory submissions, and authority-building campaigns.
  • Guest Blogging: Collaborate with third-party agencies to maintain guest blogging activities, including content approvals, publishing, and tracking backlinks.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and website performance.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly SEO performance reports (organic traffic, keyword ranking, CTR, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and search engine algorithm trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of proven SEO experience (healthcare sector experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and keyword research tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
