SEO Executive
with 1+ years of experience. The SEO Executive will be responsible for managing on-page and off-page search engine optimization activities. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, content optimization, link building, and performance tracking. The role involves close collaboration with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are correctly implemented for maximum visibility and traffic. Key Responsibilities:

Key Research & Competitive Analysis -

  • Conduct ongoing keyword discovery (short‑tail and long‑tail) to identify SEO optimization opportunities.
  • Benchmark competitor performance and uncover content gaps or areas for differentiation.

On Page SEO & Content Optimization -

  • Optimize metadata (titles, headings, URLs), internal linking, anchor text, and image alt tags.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO‑friendly briefs and content calendars aligned with user intent

Technical SEO Audits & Implementation -

  • Identify and fix technical issues (site speed, crawl errors, duplicate content, schema markup, site architecture), working closely with developers.
  • Implement structured data, mobile optimization, and ensure page load performance and crawlability

Off Page SEO & Link Building -

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies (outreach, guest posts, directory listings) to enhance domain authority.
  • Monitor backlink quality and manage a healthy link profile

Monitoring, Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze SEO performance—organic traffic, rankings, conversions, bounce rate—using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Produce performance reports and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations

Strategy & Collaboration -

  • Help craft and execute SEO strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Coordinate closely with content, UX, development, marketing teams to align SEO improvements with ongoing campaigns and site updates

Staying updated & Innovation -

  • Keep up with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and emerging tactics like AI‑SEO, answer‑engine optimization (AEO), or generative engine optimization (GEO).
  • Propose process improvements and new tactics to stay competitive in the evolving search landscape

Requirements:

  • Experience in on-page and off-page SEO strategies including keyword research, link building, and content optimization
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs
  • Excellent analytical skills to track, measure, and interpret data to improve SEO performance
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
