Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Manage office logistics including workspace arrangements and travel support.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication such as calls, emails, and courier.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all administrative and employee information.
- Assist HR or management with administrative and clerical support when needed.
- Monitor attendance records and assist in leave or reimbursement processes.
- Support management in implementing office policies and procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (admin/management preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in administration.
- Male candidate, aged 2333 years.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
