Manage the IMG Parts Return for Non-PRC markets.

Co-ordinate Outbound shipments from PRCs to other regions.

Manage the IMG warranty spend freight accounts (including performance to objectives).

Education Qualification

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

No. of Years of Experience

Min 6 years hands on experience moving used parts around the world.

Professional Exposure

(Technical Skills)

Customs requirements of IND,AUS,TH,PHL,NZL,VNM,LAO,MYS Dangerous goods clearance requirements for shipping used automotive parts.

Preferred previous experiences

Prior Experience in handling Import/Export Documentation.

Functional Skills

Strong Technical, Customs & logistics skills.

Hands on experience in moving used parts.

Behavioural Skills

Result-driven attitude, Effective communication skills (incl English) both verbal and written. Able to work with people across different languages & cultures.

Special Knowledge/Skills Required

GSAR / OWS-SERVIS2 / Microcat / Panda / Microsoft Office.

Any Others

Hybrid role.

Flexible work hours required (incl participation in global mtgs in evenings) Meetings with freight forwarders ,Customs & Logistics teams within Ford, Other IMG regional meetings.

External Interface for this position includes: supplier and some dealer interface required

Internal Interface for this position includes: Significant cross function interface required at all levels of the organization

  • Manage the tracklite process for IMG Part return requests.
  • Manage parts return by liaising with the dealers, FCSD and freight forwarders.
  • Manage Non PRC markets parts return rules in Servis 2/OWS system.
  • Manage the Outbound shipment requests for all PRCs with freight forwarders in IMG.
  • Manage and control the IMG freight budget annually.
  • Deliver & report the Part Return KPI metrics for Non-PRC markets.
  • Complete other assignments/projects as required.
