Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Manager (Rubber) located in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The R&D Manager will be responsible for leading research and development projects, managing the R&D team, and overseeing project management tasks. The manager will also be involved in the continuous development of new rubber products and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Research
- Skills in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Science, Rubber Technologist, or related field
- Prior experience in the rubber industry is a plus
