**Job Summary**:
**BASIC FUNCTION**:
**Under supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating, organizing, directing and distributing workflow of the unit; ensuring quality control and cost effectiveness on assigned projects; and assisting the unit on all aspects of number assignments which involve interpretation of Regular Business guidelines. **:**Responsibilities**
***JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
** High school diploma or GED.**
** 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.**
** Customer service experience.**
** Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills.**
** Organizational and research skills.**
** PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.**
***PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
** Bachelor degree in business administration.**
** Knowledge of insurance Administration System.**
** Experience in the Life, Disability, Dental and.or Health Care Industry.**
** LOMA certification.**
