Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our web design, development, and SEO services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients for web design, development, and SEO services.
  • Conduct online research, lead generation, and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media platforms to explain our services and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients.
  • Actively negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to better position our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, online sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to handle client conversations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, web design, and development) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with foreign clients in different time zones.
  • Must be from Odisha, preferably based in Bhubaneswar.
