**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging, responsive, and user-centric web pages.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure consistent branding, layout, and style across all web pages.
- Optimize website design for maximum speed, performance, and SEO compliance.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new web projects.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to improve user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with animation tools and interactive web design.
