We are currently looking for a Senior SEO Executive with extensive experience in global SEO strategies to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about SEO, digital marketing, and driving impactful results for clients across various regions like India, the US, UK, and UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior SEO Executive, your primary role will be to manage both in-house and client SEO projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end SEO activities and ensuring that SEO strategies are implemented effectively to achieve long-term results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

SEO Strategy Development & Implementation:

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across different industries, focusing on both technical and content optimization.
• Analyze and understand client goals to build tailored SEO plans that align with their business objectives and target audience.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research for both global and regional markets (India, US, UK, UAE) and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking SEO performance.
• Provide technical SEO guidance, including on-page, off-page, and technical improvements, for websites and digital assets.
• Implement strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase site traffic, and drive business growth.

SEO Project Management:

• Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously for clients across different regions, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, development) to implement SEO strategies.
• Lead client-facing interactions, including presenting strategies, discussing progress, and addressing concerns.
• Monitor and adjust SEO strategies in response to performance data and changing algorithms.

Client Reporting & Communication:

• Generate and deliver detailed SEO performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversion rates.
• Analyze SEO data (via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools) to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving SEO performance.
• Present monthly performance reports to clients, including progress updates, strategies for improvement, and key recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing ongoing SEO guidance and support.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Work closely with the SEO team and other departments (content, design, and development) to ensure cohesive implementation of SEO tactics.
• Mentor and guide junior SEO executives, ensuring the team remains up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO.
• Lead training sessions and provide resources to improve the team's technical SEO skills and strategic thinking.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations.
• Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve SEO performance.
• Provide SEO recommendations for website design, architecture, and content to enhance search engine visibility and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience with a focus on global SEO campaigns across multiple countries (India, US, UK, UAE).
• Experience managing large-scale, complex SEO projects for clients across various industries, including e-commerce, tech, healthcare, and more.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment is highly preferred.

Technical SEO Knowledge:

• Expertise in on-page SEO (keyword research, meta tags, content optimization, internal linking).
• In-depth understanding of technical SEO (site architecture, schema markup, crawling and indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong ability to audit websites and identify areas for improvement, offering actionable recommendations.

Global SEO Experience:

• Experience managing SEO projects for international clients with a focus on diverse markets (India, US, UK, UAE, etc.).
• Understanding of local SEO nuances, cultural differences, and regional search engine behavior.

Communication & Reporting:

• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate SEO strategies and performance to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to create customized, easy-to-understand reports and provide data-driven insights to clients.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language proficiency is a plus (e.g., Hindi, Arabic).

Project Management Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed smoothly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Educational Qualification:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing areas are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of international SEO practices (Hreflang tags, geo-targeting, multi-country or multi-language websites).
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Understanding of paid search (PPC) campaigns and how they integrate with organic search efforts.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact SEO performance.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath, etc.).
