Your Role

  • Support Go-To-Market activities for digital solutions, including pre- and post-sales support.
  • Assist with pre- and post-sales technical activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Work closely with customers, Commercial, Sales, and Design teams on a daily basis to facilitate effective communication.
  • Provide demo training and materials to Sales, Customer Success/Engagement, and MSAT teams across EMEA, APAC, China, and the Americas.
  • Compose and perform Computer System Validation (CSV) for digital software at customer sites, following GMP standards.
  • Provide installation and maintenance support to customers and partners.
  • Participate in training programs for both hardware and software.

Who You Are

  • Ensure product applicability within customer processes.
  • Provide support and training to customers, which may involve travel.
  • Assist with internal support for new digital solution applications.
  • Collaborate with other DSSBO team members to provide support across different global regions.
  • Offer feedback to the Software Development Team for improvements and bug fixes.
  • Participate in communication efforts to raise awareness of digital solutions.
  • You have a keen interest in automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • You possess knowledge of best practices throughout the software development life cycle, including source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • You are a collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
  • This position is based in India, with the possibility of partial home office arrangements.
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
