Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The role involves managing data, documentation, and back-end coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry, record keeping, and maintain accurate databases.
- Prepare, organize, and manage reports, files, and documentation.
- Support the operations and sales team with backend coordination.
- Process orders, track shipments, and update internal systems.
- Manage email communication and respond to internal queries.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for information flow.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience in back office, administration, or data management roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
