About the Role:We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to design compelling user experiences for business and product websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing parallax scrolling interfaces, interactive user journeys, and crafting web visuals that convert. Knowledge of Framer or Webflow is a strong bonus and preferred.

---Key Responsibilities:Design modern, user-centric interfaces in Figma for desktop and mobile. Create smooth parallax scrolling experiences and animated flows for websites. Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.

Prototype interactive journeys to present user flows and design ideas. Translate brand strategy and UX research into polished visual design. Optimize designs for speed, clarity, and conversion.

Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to execute design goals. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries.
---Required Skills:Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping).

Strong portfolio showcasing parallax scrolling, storytelling interfaces, and responsive web design. Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. Familiarity with motion design principles and transitions.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
---Bonus Skills (Preferred):Experience building in Framer (animation, interactivity) or Webflow (visual development). Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for better design-to-dev communication.

Familiarity with tools like After Effects or Lottie for animations.
