Lead User Experience Design Specialist

Craft seamless, secure, and engaging user experiences across digital platforms for banking and fintech clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to lead our design efforts in crafting end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile banking applications. As a UI/UX designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.

You will be responsible for designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. Conducting user research, persona development, and usability testing to validate design decisions is also part of your responsibilities.

You will translate complex financial workflows into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and are responsive across devices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio in the banking or fintech domain.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
