Role & Responsibilities:

  • Teach and mentor students in UI/UX design using real-time software tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Deliver interactive sessions through PPTs, smart classes, and hands-on projects.
  • Guide students through user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and portfolio building.
  • Support students in developing their individual projects, case studies, and final diploma portfolio.
  • Stay updated with latest UI/UX industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to continuously enhance the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design / Graphic Design / UI-UX Design / Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience in UI/UX design or digital product design.
  • Strong knowledge of design thinking, prototyping, usability, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision.
  • Teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
