Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media & Digital Coordination Executive to oversee our complete digital ecosystem. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage third-party aggregator platforms, maintain digital hygiene across channels, coordinate brand assets, handle daily content workflows, and ensure seamless communication across all online touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Third-Party Aggregator Management


• Manage all third-party platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, EazyDiner, etc.).


• Coordinate menu on-loading photo check, review revert and product hygiene.


• Monitor commissions, co-funding, and discount structures and ensure accurate backend entries.


• Track performance dashboards, ratings, and weekly hygiene checks.

  1. Social Media Coordination


• Coordinate daily social media posting requirements with internal teams and external agencies.


• Ensure timely sharing of photos, videos, and creative briefs.


• Maintain an organized content library of images and brand assets.

  1. Google My Business (GMB) Management


• Maintain and update all GMB listings across locations.


• Handle reviews, ratings, Q&A, and business information updates.


• Conduct weekly hygiene checks to ensure accuracy of location details, timings, and visuals.

  1. Instagram & Online Communication


• Respond to all Instagram messages, comments, DMs, and engagement queries.


• Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups (reservations, event queries, etc.).


• Maintain a warm, professional, and brand-aligned tone of voice for all communication.

  1. Digital Hygiene & Quality Check


• Perform daily hygiene checks across all digital platforms GMB, Instagram, aggregators, website, menus, and brand creatives.


• Identify errors, outdated content, or mismatched visuals and rectify them promptly.


• Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms.

  1. Coordination & Reporting


• Manage day-to-day coordination with marketing teams, design teams, photographers, and operational managers.


• Track deliverables, deadlines, and execution calendars.


• Prepare weekly reports on digital hygiene, platform performance, and engagement insights.
