As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Hindustan Foods Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Support the HR team in recruitment processes by assisting with job postings, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help with onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR topics.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support the HR team in payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience and promoting a positive work environment.
