Essential Requirements

  • 2 – 4 Yrs of solid IT experience in Prompt Engineering, AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Cody, AWS Q), and agentic capabilities. skilled in modernization from PowerBuilder (v9+) with strong understanding of DataWindows, User Objects, and transaction management.
  • Proficient in Angular (latest, advanced level), SCSS, Java, Spring Boot REST APIs, JPA Query Builder, and Jasper Reports for building scalable, maintainable applications.
  • Strong RDBMS experience with ability to write and optimize stored procedures and T-SQL queries. Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills across complex systems.
  • Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and SDLC understanding and able to evaluate technical solutions, ensure business alignment, and stay updated with emerging technologies.

Desirable Requirements

  • Design and development of large-scale or mission-critical applications, preferably within the healthcare domain.
  • Deep enthusiasm for programming beyond work responsibilities and proven experience in effectively collaborating with internal teams and external (onsite) clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
