We're looking for a
smart, curious, tech-driven intern
who loves understanding how AI products work, spotting gaps, and suggesting better features.

You'll work closely with the founder and product team to
analyze competitors
,
test our platform
,
identify bugs or UX issues
, and
propose new features
that make Zudu AI stand out in the voice automation industry.

This is
not a typical research or coding internship
— you'll be hands-on with our product, APIs, and real users, shaping how our AI evolves.


What You'll Do

  • Test and analyze Zudu AI's web and voice agent platforms.
  • Identify product issues, usability flaws, and improvement opportunities.
  • Study top competitors (e.g., Retail AI, RavnLabs, , PolyAI) — document what they do better/worse.
  • Research emerging AI trends (RAG, TTS, real-time streaming, latency handling).
  • Write clear product improvement reports and feature suggestions.
  • Collaborate with devs to validate technical feasibility of new ideas.
  • Optionally assist in small prototype implementations or API testing.
  • Participate in internal discussions on product roadmap and customer feedback.


You're a Great Fit If You

  • Love exploring new AI tools and understanding
    how they actually work

  • Have a basic understanding of how APIs, NLP, or AI voice systems function.
  • Know a bit of coding — JavaScript, Python, or any modern stack.
  • Are analytical, detail-oriented, and excited by product improvement.
  • Enjoy competitor benchmarking and UX critique.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and take initiative.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with any of the following: / / Python.
  • Understanding of ASR, TTS, or LLM basics (bonus).
  • Basic use of Postman or API testing tools.
  • Passion for product design and AI trends.
  • Comfortable writing reports or feature proposals.
