We are looking for talented Junior Engineers with 1 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about AI-driven applications and modern software development. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, basic knowledge of generative AI, and an eagerness to learn and implement innovative solutions using LLMs, APIs, and caching techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Python/Java

• Work with SLMs & LLMs, understanding when to use each

• Apply Agentic AI concepts and design patterns

• Perform Prompt Engineering for effective AI use cases

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with LLMs

• Build and integrate with APIs (REST APIs, JDBC calls, JSON, error handling, retries, circuit breakers, etc.)

• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Oracle, Postgres, etc.)

• Implement caching techniques (Redis, external/internal caching)

• Explore and utilize tools like Gemini & Copilot for faster development

Required Skills

• Good to excellent knowledge of Python or Java

• Exposure to GenAI / LLMs and AI-driven applications

• Understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases

• Basic knowledge of caching techniques

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Agentic AI and design patterns

• Hands-on experience with Gemini / Copilot

• Familiarity with API integrations and error handling best practices
