General Manager – Operations
 to head operations for our growing restaurant chain in India.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving operational excellence across multiple outlets
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing strong teams
  • Ensuring guest experience always stays five-star (without five-star fuss)
  • Keeping an eagle eye on costs, quality, compliance & efficiency
  • Scaling processes while maintaining the soul of the brand

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of leadership in F&B / hospitality (multi-unit experience preferred)
  • Strong grasp of P&L, operations strategy & team building
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure
  • A people's person with a performance mindset
